History
1973 Werner Schlecht founded Putzmeister Italia
1974 Started to test and sale truck mounted concrete Pumps with Putzmeister pump units mounted in Germany and Antonelli booms mounted in Cattolica. In these years there was a partnership with MIDEC to sales the machines in Italy
1978 Dipl. Ing. H.J. Bergmann was Sole Director
1979 started to assembly Mixocret and BSA
1982 Putzmeister Italia transferred in San Clemente in a new production facility. Started to mount the pump unit on the truck. The booms were from Antonelli or from Germany.
1985 Finished the partnership with MIDEC and started to develop dealers in Italy.
1990 Started to produce truck mounted pumps and PUMI for others countries: France, Austria and Asia
1995 Dipl Ing. Bergmann finished his career in PMI and leave the company in Dr. Ing. Robert Abel ‘s hands that still direct it.
1996 PMI focalized its production on Italian Market developing a 36 meter boom with 100mm pipeline.
2000 The firsts PUMI 28 meter for the italian market has been delivered.
2007 Enlargement of the production facilities.
